The Love of All Things Great in Moab inspired Pit Master, Craig Saleeby and wife Marlene, to relocate and open his BBQ in the heart of downtown Moab, Utah (besides the amazing beauty, climbing, biking, off-roading and simplicity of life!).
Born and raised in North Carolina (the heart of BBQ), Craig began his career at the famous OT’s BBQ in Raleigh more than 30 years ago. He apprenticed under several BBQ influences throughout the state and established the reputable Whole Hog Catering Company in Colorado.
